We conducted an assessment of the fire-resistant barriers across the building, focusing on flats, common areas, walls, ceilings, and auxiliary spaces. Potential routes for heat and smoke transfer were identified to enhance fire safety measures. Using proprietary software, we recorded and tagged defects, marking them on layout plans for clarity. Detailed PDF reports were generated for senior management and contractors, outlining issues and the necessary scope of work for remediation.
